Lemon

(Proportions according to your taste - mine was mostly carrot - and add back some of the pulp for fibre)

Okay, so the husband bought us a pasta maker and here’s the first attempt! Chickpea pasta with @sarahgrahamfood’s bolognese sauce from her Super Natural book and a huge handful of cheese because there are no cheese rules during lockdown 🤣
There’s no going back now, we can’t do store bought dried pasta again 🤷‍♀️
